Founded in 1998 by George Leonidas and Tas Alexandrou, Atlantic Lodge Housing is a progressive company moving in new directions within the Housing Sector. Working in partnership with various Local Authorities and Housing Associations, we are proud of the role we play in the various communities we work within. With over 50 members of enhanced DBS checked staff operating from our Grade lllisted headquarters in North Chingford, each and every member is passionate to the job and committed in providing the highest standards of work.
Our background began with a commitment to the local community. The realisation of the high goals and standards required helped our evolution to becoming a forward thinking company in the property sector. Atlantic have a healthy track record of building strong working relationships with organisations such as Morrison, Tesco's, Network Rail, Grainger PLC, Rydon, Local Authorities and Housing Associations across London and the South East.

We are also BM Trada Q-Mark Accredited, our qualified fire safety teams are able to deliver fully auditable fire door installations and passive fire protection works.

Atlantic are always on the look out for land, mainly within North, East London and Essex, but we will consider opportunities in all areas. Atlantic Lodge Housing have a signed Health & Safety Policy (H&S) Statement, which is reviewed on an annual basis with responsibilities for H&S management clearly defined. The same applies to our Environmental Policy Statement.
All Atlantic employees undertake H&S and environmental risk training. We also have an established means of consulting our workforce, with clear and effective arrangements in place for undertaking risk assessments, including method statements and safe systems of work. There are no enforcement actions against our company.
Atlantic are small enough to care, but have the resources to expand to whatever contracts require with the attitude necessary to ensure the levels of service are maintained.
