London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS)

The LLAS is founded on the belief that the more knowledge and awareness landlords have regarding the key property management issues, the more likely it is that their properties will be maintained to a higher standard, their tenants' safety and health will be improved and, perhaps of equal importance to landlords, their businesses will be better protected against falling foul of the complex laws surrounding the letting of residential properties.

We are accredited with the British Standards Institution (BSI) certification for our quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001) & Health and Safety (BS 18001) management systems. These have all been integrated and our system is aligned with PAS 99. ‘Atlantic’ certification to these standards demonstrates that we have successfully implemented a framework to satisfy client requirements, manage risks, improve performance and reduce our environmental impacts.
