Atlantic have now acquired their 6th and probably most prestigious site in Chingford. “We had our eye on the site for a while now. And when we heard it was on the market, my partner Tas and I cut our summer holidays with our families short, to secure the purchase of this landmark building” said the development director George Leonidas.
We only just missed out on the Leyton Town Hall site, so we were not going to lose this one!
Talks with the Local Authority are at their infancy, however, we intend to meet with the local community for their valued feedback and views on the future of the site.
