Founded in 1998 by George Leonidas and Tas Alexandrou, Atlantic has evolved into a progressive company moving in new directions. Their commitment to their company and reputation is evident, continuing as sole directors ten years later.

Atlantic’s background began with a commitment to the community. The realisation of their high goals and standards helped their evolution to become one of the most forward thinking companies in their chosen specialist sector that is growing at an impressive scale and rate.

Atlantic are very proud to be working in partnership with various Housing Associations in delivering pioneering building projects in all their latest schemes. Recently providing over 250 refurbished and new build properties in East London to help deliver long term, high-quality affordable permanent social rented housing.

Atlantic’s commitment to monitoring progress and responding to constant feedback mean we can grow to meet the ever changing requirements of the modern world without compromising on quality. Addressing the feedback we have had and trying to constantly move forward to meet the desires and needs of future homeowners, we have a dedicated research department to identify the needs of green, environmentally friendly housing.
